What do you sell?
I sell unframed archival prints on paper and canvas.
• For prints on glass I work exclusively with Skyline
Design
• For wall murals, backlit panels and other media I work
exclusively with MDC Wallcoverings
Do you frame the prints?
No. I only ship the prints rolled up to you or your frame shop.
What are your prices?
My wholesale prices are listed online here.
What if I want a size that is not listed on your price list?
I'm happy to create custom sizes for you at no additional cost;
just email me what you would like.
Are you willing to crop the images?
Yes, email me the size you are looking for. I will create a JPG
mock-up and email that to you for approval.
How large can your images be printed?
It depends. In general, most can print well up to 37
x 60-inches. However, some can go wider than 30-feet and others
can’t go wider than
30-inches. For a more information, click here.
Where is your retail price list?
I don’t have a retail price list because I don’t
sell retail. I work exclusively with art consultants, frame shops,
interior designers, architects and hospital facility staff.
Do you offer discounting?
Yes, we offer discounting based on the dollar amount of the order:
5% if over $10,000, 10% if over $25,000, 15% if over $50,000,
30% if over $100,000 and 40% if over $200,000.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed on the web, by email, telephone, fax or
post. We prefer that you start the ordering process on the web
using the shopping cart. (To do this, click “Add to Cart” under
the image you want. Then in the cart choose the size and the
medium you would like from the drop down menus.)
For custom sizes email me.
Please provide us with your name, complete billing address, shipping
address, and phone number.
How soon will we have our prints?
We promise delivery within three weeks. If you need it sooner than
that we will try to accommodate.
How do I pay you? Do you take credit cards?
Once we ship your order, we will mail you an invoice.
We ask for payment by check within 30 days. We prefer payment
by check, but we can take credit cards over the phone for smaller
orders.
Do you require a downpayment?
Only on orders over $20,000. For those we request 50% downpayment.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes, please email us for details.
Can you work with GSA contracts for federal government jobs?
Yes. We do this by partnering with frame shops that have GSA contracts.
Do you offer "gallery wrap" for your canvas prints?
Yes, we offer this at no additional cost.
What is "gallery wrap" and how do you do it?
Gallery wrap means that the image on canvas wraps around the sides.
I use a Mirrored Gallery Wrap. To learn more about that, click
here.
How do you sign the prints?
For paper prints, I sign under the image with graphite. I print
the title on the left (just under the image) and place my signature
on the right (just under the image). It looks like this:

I do not sign Canvas prints.
What are "archival" prints?
Archival prints will show no perceptible fading for generations.
In contrast, the colors in poster art fades quickly, often in 3-5
years. Warm colors are the first to disappear which leaves a blue
cast to the print.
Do you sell digital files?
No.
Do you offer sample prints?
Yes. I'm happy to provide free letter-sized sample prints of
any of the images on my website. They're very handy in presentations.
There is no cost for this service and no obligation. The
prints are yours to keep. Just email me the name and the associated
numbers of the images you are interested in.
Are your canvas prints safe in a busy hospital environment?
Yes. We apply four coats of a protective finish to our canvas
prints. This finish makes it unnecessary to use glass.
What are the benefits of canvas prints versus paper?

of canvas.
How can I learn more about art in healthcare?
Click here for a free download of my 217-page
book, "Picture of Health, Handbook for Healthcare Art." Check out my
blog at:
www.HealthCareFineArt.com.
Who does your printing on paper and canvas?
I create each print myself.
What if the client is not satisfied with the art?
We guarantee satisfaction. If your client is not satisfied, you
can ship that print back to us and there will be no charge. We
do ask that you pay for the return shipping.
Will you come and photograph the area around the hospital?
No, we do not take assignments. However, we have over 1,800 images
to pick from on this website.
